RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Jacksonville, FL that is seeking a VP of Enterprise Services.

Summary:
The VP of Enterprise Services is a key executive leader responsible for overseeing enterprise-wide IT services, infrastructure, end-user support, service management, and enterprise applications. This role drives the strategic direction and operational performance of shared technology services that enable business success, innovation, and scalability across the organization. As a VP of Enterprise Services, you will work cross-functionally with business leaders and technology teams to ensure high-quality service delivery, technology alignment, and continuous improvement.

Duties:
* Develop and lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of enterprise services including IT operations, end-user computing, help desk, enterprise applications, and service delivery
* Own the IT service management (ITSM) framework, ensuring efficient incident, problem, change, and asset management processes aligned with ITIL best practices
* Lead a team of directors, managers, and technical professionals across infrastructure, applications, and support functions
* Champion user experience and service quality by implementing service-level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and customer satisfaction metrics
* Manage vendor and partner relationships for enterprise tools and outsourced services; negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective delivery
* Collaborate with business stakeholders and executives to align technology solutions with organizational goals and priorities
* Ensure enterprise systems are scalable, secure, and support business continuity and disaster recovery planning
* Drive digital transformation initiatives, including cloud migrations, ERP optimization, and automation of service delivery
* Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for the Enterprise Services organization

REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
