Overview
Job Purpose
The focus of this role is to support the NYSE Proprietary Market Data business by managing the NYSE's analytics, historical, and quantitative data product suite. This role is responsible for effective day-to-day management of the analytics, historical, and quantitative data businesses by taking a customer-centric approach to product development, ensuring NYSE market data products continue to meet our client's evolving data and trading needs. This position will be responsible for growing revenue and expanding usage by developing long-term commercial and product strategy from ideation to execution.

Knowledge and Experience
New York Base Salary Range
The expected base salary for this role, if located in New York, is between $115,000 - $175,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual. Regular full-time ICE employees are eligible for a suite of competitive employee benefits, including healthcare coverage (medical, dental and vision), a 401(k) plan, life insurance, time off, and paid leave for qualifying circumstances.

Job Purpose

Responsibilities
- Keep abreast of the competitive landscape, emerging technologies and market trends to develop a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for NYSE analytics and quantitative market data products
- Communicate with customers, prospects and partners to gather feedback, build MVP use-cases for product roadmap, and enhancement ideas for continuous innovation
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (data science, technology, operations, legal, sales, marketing, etc.) to manage end-to-end product development cycles and go-to-market strategy
- Liaise with customers acting in a capacity of subject matter expert to assist with product questions
- Create data-driven insights to support business development and growth opportunities through ad-hoc and regular internal reports
Knowledge and Experience
- Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, engineering, or information technology/computer science preferred
- 7+ years' work experience in a data or trading infrastructure product management, business development or quantitative role
- Customer-focused mentality with the ability to convert customer needs and market trends into product requirements and business objectives
- Understanding of exchanges, trading, and market data ecosystem
- Strong collaboration, written, and verbal communication skills
- Intellectually curious with the ability to solve real world business problems using quantitative and computational techniques
- Ability to stay up-to-date regarding new technologies and competitors' policies and offerings
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, Snowflake, and advanced Excel for data analysis and visualization a plus
- Knowledge of Python, R, or other common language(s) a plus
