*** REQUIREMENTS ***
  • 1+ years of experience in IT support or a related technical role.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Trilogie is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a shift-tab/keyboard navigation environment.


Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Technicians to support a nationwide print modernization initiative. This role is ideal for early-career IT professionals with experience in printer and driver upgrades, who are comfortable working independently and efficiently within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for updating printer drivers and IP addresses within our ERP system (Trilogie).
  • Follow provided Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to complete printer upgrades and related tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal Ferguson support teams as needed while maintaining autonomy in day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of completed tasks.
  • Work in a keyboard-only environment (Trilogie does not support mouse/trackpad input).
  • Progress through assigned branches efficiently to meet project deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid IT support environment.
  • Prior involvement in large-scale IT rollout or upgrade projects.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., IP addressing).
