Description
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist to oversee creative content strategies and design engaging visuals for multiple clients. This is a long-term contract opportunity based in New Jersey, ideal for someone with a strong background in social media marketing, graphic design, and analytics. The role requires a blend of strategic planning, content creation, and the ability to craft banners tailored to specific brand guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies for diverse clients, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
Create and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and X.
Utilize Canva and prebuilt templates to design visually appealing social media graphics.
Craft display banners using tools like Creatopy, producing animated designs in multiple sizes for various vendors.
Manage editorial calendars to organize and plan monthly social media postings.
Analyze social media performance using tools like Facebook Insights and other analytics platforms to optimize campaigns.
Repurpose existing content and visuals for use across various social media channels.
Maintain brand consistency across all content while exploring creative ideas for seasonal or local campaigns.
Collaborate with clients to ensure content meets their expectations and drives engagement.
Stay updated on social media best practices and emerging trends to enhance strategies.

Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in social media marketing and content creation.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Familiarity with tools like Creatopy for creating HTML5 animated banners.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and X.
Ability to manage editorial calendars and plan content schedules effectively.
Experience with analytics tools to measure campaign performance and drive improvements.
Knowledge of brand awareness strategies and best practices for social media content.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple client accounts.
