Description

SAIC is seeking a Solution Train Engineer to work on the LANDMARK AOS program in Chantilly, VA. LANDMARK AOS is a large SETA contract, supporting the customer's Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), responsible for the acquisition of systems over the complete end-to-end life cycle.

Responsibilities include to include:
  • Responsible for overseeing and guiding the activities of all Agile Release Trains within the Solution Train.
  • Ensures that Solution Epics in the Solution Backlog are properly prioritized, a Roadmap is established, and the Agile Release Trains maintain their cadence.
  • Collaborates with teams and the Solution Architect/Engineer to foster alignment and coordination.
  • Works closely with the Government Solution Manager and other stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution.
  • Provides daily or weekly progress updates to the Government Solution Manager, reporting on the status of the Solution and Agile Release Trains.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience. Relevant experience to be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • Experience using Agile project management tools, such as Jira, etc.
  • Knowledgeable of Agile frameworks
  • Demonstrated capability and success working in team environments
  • Strong oral and written communications ability on significant technical matters often requiring coordination within a high-tempo environment
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
