YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE
Scrum Facilitation: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
Team Support: Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices and principles.
Technical Collaboration: Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and product owners to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
Impediment Removal: Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder team progress.
Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on sprint progress, velocity, and other key performance indicators.
Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Stakeholder Communication: Ensure clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Tool Management: Administer Agile tools such as Agility

Technical Scrum Master
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Scrum Master to lead Agile development teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile principles, hands-on experience with software development processes, and the ability to facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams.
Top 5 must have skillsets:
1. Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum)
2.Experience with cloud platforms specifically AWS
3. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
4. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
5. DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? / WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED?
5+ years of experience working in Agile environments.
Proven track record as a Scrum Master leading cross-functional teams.
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS
Prior experience in software development, QA, DevOps, or systems engineering.
Understanding of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Ability to communicate effectively with developers and understand technical challenges.
Experience with cloud platforms specifically AWS
Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience coaching teams and individuals on Agile principles.
Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status clearly

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
