POSITION PURPOSE:
The Technical Manager -- Oracle ERP (S-OP/Planning - Scheduling) is a key member of the Information Technology team whose primary mission is to partner with key business and IT leaders for the delivery of business system design and development used to enable and support critical business functions and processes across the enterprise. This position requires expertise in areas of business operations, business processes, application technologies, critical business data, and key operational reporting and analytics across the key business functions of Manufacturing processes.

Experience
- 7+ years of experience in supply planning, preferably in a Lead role within a complex manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Proven track record of successful implementations and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Planning modules, including extensive configuration expertise.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Planning module functionalities, such as Demand Management, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Advanced Planning and Scheduling.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud configuration options, including setup, parameterization, and customization of supply planning processes to align with business requirements.
- Experience designing and implementing supply planning workflows, including creating and maintaining planning calendars, profiles, planning strategies, and exception management rules.
- Proficient in configuring demand forecasting models, statistical algorithms, and forecast consumption methods within Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Planning.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Planning with other modules and systems, such as Order Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing, to ensure end-to-end process integration and data accuracy.
- Extensive experience in defining and implementing supply planning analytics and reporting capabilities, including the setup of performance metrics, dashboards, and supply chain analytics tools.
- Strong knowledge of master data management principles, including product hierarchies, item attributes, bill of materials (BOM), and routing setups.
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders at various levels, and drive alignment towards common goals in the Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Planning configuration context.
Skills
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Planning modules, including Demand Management, Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud configuration, setup, and parameterization related to supply planning processes.
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting and analytics tools, enabling the generation of insightful reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex supply chain scenarios and develop innovative solutions within the Oracle Fusion Cloud environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Planning configuration strategies, results, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Planning configuration activities.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs, manage ambiguity, and drive results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain planning, such as demand sensing, collaborative planning, and advanced analytics within the Oracle Fusion Cloud context.
- Knowledge of other supply chain domains, such as procurement, logistics, and order management, is a plus
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or another related field.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- * Responsibilities include serving as a functional analyst/ systems expert for Oracle Cloud ERP Manufacturing, including enterprise application architecture, data architecture, integration architecture, solution development, service support, application security, and IT compliance.
- * Participate in ERP -- Digital Transformation project. Lead the Plan to Deliver workstream. Support production systems including analyzing and resolving production problems and end-user service requests as appropriate.
- * Provide a high level of customer service across the organization with a primary focus on systems availability, performance, reliability, security, and established service level metrics.
