Role is BMC Remedy - Asset Management
Position is hybrid with onsite two days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday) - Candidates residing in 1 hour distance of Harrisburg, PA Only
Interview type is Video / In-Person (Teams)
Start Date: 09/15/2025 & End Date: 06/30/2026
Client is Commonwealth of PA 2

Required / Desired Skills
At least 5 years' experience as an Asset Manager
Minimum of 2-4 years' experience with BMC Remedy (version 20.02), or equivalent ITSM tool
ITIL Foundation Certification
Strong working knowledge of the CMDB and Asset Management methodology, tools, terminology, and industry best practices
Excellent communication skills listening, verbal and written, including meeting management and facilitation.
Excellent organization skills with proven ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities successfully, delivering with high quality.
Excellent customer service skills servicing and interfacing with individuals across IT (customers) in different roles
Proficient using all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
