Job Title: SAP FICO Senior Consultant
Location: Remote (Client Location: Orlando, FL)
Duration: Long-term

Domain Preference: Healthcare (preferred)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant to support full-cycle implementations and enhancements for a leading healthcare client. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules and must have completed end-to-end SAP FICO implementations from scratch. Prior experience working in the healthcare domain will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations (blueprint to go-live) independently.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Configure and customize FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, COPA) modules.
Provide expertise in integration with MM, SD, and HR modules.
Collaborate with technical teams for development, testing, and deployment.
Prepare functional specifications, testing documents, and training materials.
Act as a key advisor to the client, ensuring the solution aligns with financial and operational goals.
Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvements.
Ensure compliance with SOX and other healthcare regulatory standards where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
13 15 years of SAP FICO experience, with at least 2 3 full-cycle implementations from blueprint to go-live.
Strong configuration and design experience in SAP FI & CO modules.
Experience with integration points between FICO and other SAP modules.
Previous experience working with or for healthcare clients (Cigna or similar) is highly preferred.
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setup.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
SAP certification in FICO (preferred but not mandatory).

Work Mode: Remote (must be able to support Eastern Time Zone)
