Job Title: Project Manager/ Coordinator - Data Analytics/ Analysis (Power BI/ Excel)
Location: 100% Remote.
Duration: 12+ Months (Extendable)
Duties:
Works with moderate work direction and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving. Coordinates all projects and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately. Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifies and resolves technical problems. Identifies and analyzes systems requirements and defines project scope, requirements, and deliverables. Coordinates project activities and ensure all project phases are documented appropriately. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Capable of supporting multiple projects simultaneously. A degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Proficient in Microsoft applications, (Excel formulas, Power BI etc.)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear concise manner
Experience with global regulatory requirements in the medical device or drug industry
Demonstrated project management skill set and/or certification (e.g. PMP)
Experience leading a cross-functional team
Demonstrated operational and strategic mindset that is results-oriented with a strong bias towards executing with speed, agility, and quality in addition to excellent organizational, prioritization, oral and written communication skills
Education:
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following
Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree or higher AND two (2) years of experience in product commercialization, supply chain, or operations combined with experience specifically in project leadership
