RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a D365 Solutions Architect in Fort Worth, TX.

Overview:
As a Solutions/Application Architect specializing in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex solutions built on the Dynamics 365 platform. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and other technical teams to ensure that solutions align with business objectives and adhere to best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
* Solution Design: Develop comprehensive solutions based on business requirements, leveraging the capabilities of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations; This includes designing data models, workflows, integrations, and customizations
* Architecture Planning: Define the overall architecture and technical roadmap for D365 F&O implementations, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability
* Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure D365 F&O to meet specific business requirements. Develop extensions, plugins, workflows, and integrations using tools such as X++, .NET, and Power Platform
* Integration: Design and implement integrations between D365 F&O and other systems such as CRM, ERP, third-party applications, and external APIs; Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization across systems
* Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks within D365 F&O solutions; Optimize system configurations, code, and database structures to improve performance and scalability
* Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, deployment guides, and user manuals
* Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new features of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations; Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to existing solutions

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
* Certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or related technologies (e.g., MB-300, MB-500) are desirable
* Extensive experience (5+ years) designing and implementing solutions on the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform
* Experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman is a plus
* Proficiency in Microsoft technologies such as X++, C#, .NET, SQL Server, and Power Platform
* Strong understanding of ERP principles, finance, accounting, supply chain, and manufacturing processes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
* Proven leadership abilities with a track record of successfully leading technical teams and driving project delivery
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
