Purpose:
To manage testing activities for Project Haru, ensuring successful completion of UAT and Parallel Runs of Client s WFM system for US and Canada following the client IT testing standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare Test plan for client team to test WFM system based on requirements already documented for the US and Canada.
Manage UAT testing and Parallel runs testing for WFM system for the US and Canada. This will include managing test execution, reporting testing statistics to client management, feedback to Client on testing status, Manage regular testing related meetings.
Collaborates with Project manager, Function lead and project core team from clients and leads from Client for all testing related activities including UAT and Parallel runs.
Understands testing methodology, test planning and reporting of testing statistics.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment.
5 years of experience managing testing in HR applications, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
2 years of experience of working with HR Time applications
Experience of the Client Workforce Manager solution will be advantage
Good organization, time management, decision making and negotiation skills
Responsibility for end-to-end testing management, independence, discipline
Ability to promote a team environment, support the importance of team spirit, collaboration, and customer focus
Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and technologies
