Job Details

Eze Castle (now SS&C Eze) OMS Support Engineer who can work onsite in midtown NY. The skillset needed is specific but will work with our hedge fund client Front Office team for break fixes and supporting execution of business needs within the platform

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day front office support for traders, portfolio managers, and operations teams.
  • Resolve application issues (primarily support with some break-fix responsibilities) related to trading and risk systems.
  • Collaborate closely with trading teams to understand workflows, trade lifecycle, and product structures across Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Physicals.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate complex issues to development or vendor teams as needed.
  • Maintain high system availability and ensure rapid incident response and resolution.
  • Support and enhance front office systems including Eze, Enfusion, FIS Risk, and other trading applications.
  • Participate in client onboarding processes and ensure system readiness for new clients or accounts.
  • Document system issues, support procedures, and best practices.
  • Work with infrastructure and development teams to improve application performance and reliability.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in front office or trading application support within a financial institution.
  • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, financial products, and market data flows.
  • Experience with Eze, Enfusion, FIS Risk, or similar front-office and trading platforms.
  • Familiarity with client onboarding processes and trade flow integration.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface directly with traders and business users.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment.
