Marketo Architect
Location: Fremont, CA /Remote
Duration: Long Term
Marketo Management:
- Conduct a full audit of the existing Marketo instance and implement optimizations based on findings.
- Develop, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and lead nurturing programs.
- Ensure data hygiene and maintain segmentation strategies for targeted marketing efforts.
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal Marketo performance and utilization.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, delivering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Salesforce Integration:
- Oversee and manage the integration between Marketo and Salesforce, ensuring seamless and accurate data flow.
- Assist with basic Salesforce administrative tasks, including creating and managing reports and dashboards.
- Support campaign setup, troubleshoot errors, and resolve issues.
- Collaborate closely with the sales operations team to ensure alignment and effective lead management.
Lead Management and Data Enrichment:
- Utilize lead management platforms (e.g., LeanData) for optimizing lead routing and assignment processes.
- Manage data enrichment processes using platforms such as ZoomInfo and Apollo, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of lead and contact data.
- Perform regular audits and cleanups of the marketing database to maintain high data quality standards (experience with RingLead preferred).
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Marketo, with a strong track record of executing marketing automation campaigns.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, including report creation and campaign management.
- Familiarity with tools like LeanData, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and preferably RingLead.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly with cross-functional teams.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high data quality standards.
