Job Details
- Serves as resource to HR Peoplesoft and Alight users; troubleshoots issues, maintains tables, and serves as liaison to Payroll.
- Performs basic compensation analysis against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive pay rates.
- Use spreadsheet and data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends.
- Assesses job duties to determine FLSA classification.
- Maintains job description database for the organization.
- Serves as Liaison with offsite storage vendor for benefit file retrieval as well as putting files into archive.
- Prepares forms, flyers and correspondence for benefit related messages as needed.
- Serves as a contact on the administration of health, welfare, and voluntary employee benefit programs. Serves as a resource to HR Business Partners.
- Serves as a liaison with various insurance carriers and benefits brokers.
- Audits all benefits and compensation related data stored in the HRIS on a periodic basis.
- Assists with day-to-day Pension related duties
- Responsible for basic data entry in HRIS
- Supports various HR departmental initiatives
