How You Will Make An Impact:
- Design and develop custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Translate business requirements into efficient, scalable, and effective solutions.
- Build both canvas and model-driven applications tailored to user needs.
- Implement responsive designs that ensure seamless user experiences across devices.
- Develop automated workflows that optimize business operations and improve efficiency.
- Ensure solutions are error-free, well-documented, and maintainable.
- Create user manuals, technical documentation, and training materials to support adoption.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and fellow developers to deliver on project goals.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and proactively address challenges.
Are You A Power Platform Developer Rock Star?
- 5+ years of experience building solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- 3+ years of experience building and supporting SharePoint Online sites, Lists, Libraries, and Webparts.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Power Platform components (Apps/Flows/Dataverse).
- Proficient in implementing SharePoint Online solutions integrated with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Strong understanding of using Dataverse as a primary data source.
- Excellent ability to train and support business users in adopting developed solutions.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing issues.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality, user-friendly solutions.
