Job Details

Essential/Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Following all safety requirements, safety policy and company policy, report any observed violation to the superior or hazardous situation to the Safety Committee.
  • Optimize material and process performance and ensure material meets all customer requirements and is received in the ideal form for our process.
  • Collaborate with tooling vendor to ensure tool will function as expected and the resulting parts meet the customer's technical requirements.
  • Develop all primary and secondary operations including any outside processes to meet customer requirements and safety standards.
  • Create clear documentation for all processes and materials. Part master, router, bill of material, outside process instruction and specifications for raw materials should reflect all internal and external requirements.
