Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the banking and financial services domain. The ideal candidate will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements. This role demands deep domain expertise in banking operations, products, and regulatory frameworks, coupled with exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Elicitation & Analysis:
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders (e.g., business users, product managers, operations, IT, compliance, legal) to elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to gather comprehensive requirements.
• Identify and define functional and non-functional requirements, business rules, and data requirements.
• Perform gap analysis between current and future state processes.
• Documentation & Specification:
• Create clear, concise, and detailed documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), Use Cases, User Stories, Process Maps (BPMN), and Data Flow Diagrams.
• Ensure all documentation is aligned with organizational standards and regulatory guidelines.
