Job Details

Position: Salesforce Developer with AI

Location: Vernon Hills, IL

hybrid for local candidates (3x/week in office). and 100% remote for non local within USA.

Duration: 3-6 months Contract to hire.

Independent candidates only 

Experience: 8+ years

Must have updated LinkedIn

Candidate must show the DL copy on video at the time of submission 

 

Requires Certified Agentforce Specialist.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development role.
  • Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
  • Expert-level proficiency developing on the Salesforce platform using one or more: Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flow, Visualforce, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Python and or C #.
  • Extensive hands-on experience building and deploying agentic solutions with AI/LLM technologies, including applying AI orchestration, prompt engineering techniques, and agentic frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce's AI capabilities including Agentforce, Einstein, Prompt Builder.

 Certifications:

  • Required Certified Platform Administrator certification or Certified Platform Developer.
  • Required Certified Agentforce Specialist.
