About the Role:
We're seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team and ensure timely, accurate cash application while serving as the main point of contact for AR inquiries. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, improving processes, and delivering results.
What You'll Do:
- Post customer payments in SAP quickly & accurately
- Research, reconcile, and resolve payment disputes
- Monitor aging reports and clear past-due accounts
- Maintain accurate customer records & files
- Identify process improvements to boost efficiency
- Support the AR Supervisor with reporting & special projects
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years AR experience (SAP preferred)
- Strong Excel & reporting skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
