Job Description:
As a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) in this Supply Chain organization you will manage large scale ERP implementations and enhancements to automate supply chain processes, drive scalability, and ensure system data integrity. The role requires defining technical requirements, managing cross-functional teams, handling project execution, mitigating risks, and possessing strong technical judgment to balance business needs and technical constraints. Key Responsibilities
- ERP System Leadership: Drive the implementation, enhancement, and technical planning of the RSC ERP system to support and scale the organizations growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal customers, business applications, software engineering, infrastructure, and functional teams to deliver solutions.
- Technical Program Management: Own project planning and execution, managing scope, schedule, and critical path for complex technology initiatives.
- Process & System Expertise: Develop and manage business process mapping, identify gaps, and lead initiatives for process automation and system improvements.
- Technical Judgment: Utilize technical judgment to inform stakeholders on technology and business trade-offs and understand system limitations and scaling factors.
- Risk & Bottleneck Management: Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, anticipating potential issues and providing escalation management to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication: Create and maintain program information, disseminate it to stakeholders, and provide executive leadership with visibility into program status.

- Technical Acumen: Ability to dive deep into supply chain and ERP systems, understand architectural decisions, and assess system limitations.
