Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant

Reports To: IT Operations Manager Application Maintenance

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant to maintain, enhance, and support Oracle databases and applications. The consultant will handle Level 3 support, troubleshoot complex issues, implement solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system performance and reliability. The role also involves provisioning, installing, upgrading, configuring, and maintaining Oracle environments, along with documenting and publishing key Oracle processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and document resolutions.
• Monitor and maintain Oracle applications for optimal performance and uptime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database and application issues, including performance tuning.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to implement enhancements and integrations.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
• Provide technical guidance and end-user support.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting large-scale Oracle ERP solutions.
• Functional knowledge of Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle WMS and Oracle OTM Cloud applications.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for integrations with legacy and peripheral systems.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience with ServiceNow and JIRA for incident management.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and database management systems (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• ERP: Oracle EBS (Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing), Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Modules: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, OTM, Integration, Sourcing & Planning
• Programming/Scripting: SQL, PL/SQL, Java
• Middleware & Integrations: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, REST/SOAP APIs
• Databases: Oracle, SQL Server

Preferred Qualification:

• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification.
