Send your resume to , We are seeking a highly motivated US IT Recruiter with expertise in quickly identifying and submitting W2 candidates within 2-3 hours of receiving requirements. Key Responsibilities: Quickly source and submit W2 candidates (s, s, TN Visa holders) within 2-3 hours of receiving job requirements. Utilize job portals (Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and internal databases to find suitable candidates. Conduct initial screening to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Work closely with hiring managers and vendors to understand role expectations. Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a smooth hiring process. Keep records updated in the ATS and maintain compliance with US hiring policies. Required Skills: Proven experience in sourcing W2 candidates for US IT Staffing. Strong working knowledge of tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and US work authorizations. Ability to deliver quality resumes within tight deadlines. Experience with high-volume recruitment and quick turnarounds. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
