Description:
Responsibilities:
Perform account reconciliations
Processing business license renewals
Updating historical and current business license data
Possibility of handling E911 tax compliance including matching and mailing tax returns with tax checks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Accounting background 2+ years of experience
Detail and process oriented
Experience processing vendor payments, including checks.
Experience with general ledger account reconciliations
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, high proficiency in Excel
Familiarity with tax return preparation or business license compliance is a plus
