Job Details
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Experience with full-charge ownership / supervision of the accounts payable, payroll, share-based compensation, preparation of monthly journal entries (accruals) - demonstrated by a step-by-step close process for accounts payable / procurement and payroll.
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years relevant operational accounting experience with a mixture of different industry experience (gaming experience is a plus, but not required).
- Minimum of 5 years working with external and / or internal auditors (knowing when to push back on auditors when needed, for instance - volume of audit samples).
- 5 to 7 years; experience as a manager within an Accounting function - with a mid-cap ($200 million to $500 million annual revenue), or larger company.
- CPA preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of NetSuite or other comparable general ledger systems.
- Public accounting experience and / or knowledge of sales and use tax is a plus.
