Position: Business Analyst in Wealth Management
Duration: 12 Months+
Location: St. Paul , MN/ Hybrid
Face to Face interview with client (must)Senior Business Analyst Wealth Management
A seasoned Business Analyst with over 8 years of experience in the Wealth Management and Securities Master domains, specializing in Product Master implementation and Reference Data Management. Demonstrated expertise in aligning technology solutions with operational workflows, with a strong focus on fixed income reference data and regulatory compliance.
Core Competencies:
- Product Master Implementation: Proven track record of delivering scalable and efficient product master solutions within Wealth Management environments.
- Reference Data Expertise: Deep knowledge of securities and fixed income reference data, and its role in operational and regulatory processes.
- Data Governance & Analysis: Proficient in data governance, metadata management, and data quality principles; strong hands-on skills in data analysis and reporting.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experienced in working closely with Operations teams, ensuring technical solutions align with business goals and compliance standards.
- Regulatory Awareness: Solid understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks affecting financial data in wealth and asset management.
Soft Skills:
- Effective communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Adaptable and organized; able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
