JSM Admin/Analyst (Jira Service Management (JSM))

Client is implementing Jira Service Management (JSM) applications and further extending JSM functionalities and other Atlassian product-based solutions to provide additional services to client users. Atlassian Administration, Atlassian project configurations and enhancements, and platform support will be based on client requirements. Vendor is providing two resources on a Time-and-Materials ( T&M ) basis to help client to design, build, test, and deploy Atlassian-based integrated solutions and to provide support services.

Vendor will ensure all outsourced responsibilities will be fulfilled by suitably qualified resources and in line with industry good practice.

Scope of Work Activities to be done by JSM Admin/Analyst

• Work on Configurations of Jira projects and Atlassian-based projects and provide support services based on Business requirements.
• Create, test, and implement the workflows in Jira as required.
• Work on automation & integration with other systems and tools.
• Design, build, test, and implement various solution requirements within Jira applications, Confluence, and other Atlassian products.
• Support any Jira or Atlassian based application issue related to configuration & customization etc.
• Perform any administration task based on client requirements for the Atlassian suite of products.
• Work with Atlassian product vendor for resolution of product related issues.
• Creation of documents as required for above activities, including test documentation which includes functional, regression, and integration test evidence. Test automation activities, as required, based on client standards.
• Work with Business and other IT teams based on the requirements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing, as needed, for Atlassian solutions.
