This role focuses on driving responsible adoption of AI tools, delivering organization-wide training, managing change, and ensuring all AI-related efforts comply with internal standards and regulatory requirements. While project management certifications are a plus, deep formal PM experience is not required.

Essential Functions

  • Lead the company's AI strategy and roadmap, ensuring adoption aligns with business goals, security posture, and applicable regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify, prioritize, and pilot AI use cases that improve operational efficiency while minimizing risk.
  • Develop and maintain AI usage policies that define appropriate, ethical, and secure use of generative AI tools.
  • Deliver foundational and role-based AI training programs across departments such as IT, Quality, and Engineering, while supporting change management and employee engagement.
  • Ensure integration of AI tools with enterprise systems such as ERP, eQMS, and document repositories, in alignment with company standards.
  • Establish KPIs and ROI benchmarks to measure the impact of AI initiatives and refine strategies as needed.
  • Act as the central point of contact for internal feedback-addressing concerns, capturing success stories, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Maintain a governance framework to mitigate risks such as unintended bias, data leakage, or hallucinations in AI-driven workflows.

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional technology projects or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience implementing AI, automation, or data-driven tools in a business environment.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with information security, quality, and compliance standards such as ISO 13485, ISO 42001, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT, or similar tools).
  • Proven ability to lead change management efforts and promote user adoption of new technologies.
  • Experience developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and performance metrics related to technology governance.

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong project management and leadership skills for guiding teams through adoption of emerging technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Skilled in consensus-building and overcoming resistance to change.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, data governance, and enterprise system architectures.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to understand user concerns and foster trust in new technologies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate AI performance, risk, and business value.
  • Strong documentation, policy development, and process improvement capabilities.
  • Proficiency in English required to ensure compliance with ISO 13485 documentation and procedures.
