Job Description:
A public sector organization is seeking an experienced Application Administrator to support and maintain enterprise-level Records and Information Management (RIM) systems. This role is responsible for application configuration, administration, user support, and documentation. The successful candidate will coordinate enhancements and upgrades across teams and play a key role in troubleshooting and training efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee installation, configuration, administration, and ongoing support of RIM and related enterprise applications.
Coordinate enhancements, modifications, and upgrades in collaboration with users, developers, analysts, infrastructure, and change management teams.
Align testing processes with governance and change control policies.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for system provisioning, maintenance, and support activities.
Implement rollback and validation procedures during upgrades and changes.
Provide user training and serve as lead for troubleshooting system-related issues.
Required Skills and Experience:
3+ years of experience implementing and administering Records and Information Management (RIM) systems.
Proven experience providing technical support and troubleshooting for RIM applications.
Experience integrating RIM systems with enterprise applications and services.
Familiarity with system administration tasks, including configuration, monitoring, and performance tuning.
General knowledge and experience with the following or similar technologies:
Case Foundation (workflow automation)
Content Manager (document repository)
Enterprise Records Foundation (records retention and compliance)
