Job Description

FEDERAL GOVERNMENT - ship required.

MUST currently hold and have the ability to maintain a TS/SCI with Poly

An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients.

Telework 3-4 days/week is available.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a contractor in the Intelligence Community.
  • Familiarity with and ability to build Encryption Libraries and Key Management Services.
  • Establish and apply best practices, to ensure successful implementation of solution designs through collaborative project team communication, planning documentation, system testing, and defect resolution.
  • Participate in project planning and project status communications.

Required Qualifications:
  • United States citizenship
  • Top Secret/SCI with Poly
  • BS computer science or related field (or 8 years of equivalent work experience)
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients
  • 8 or more years' experience of Java
  • 8 or more years' experience with modern development practices
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodology

  • Must be an effective team member with strong communications skills and the ability to follow-through, stay motivated, and collaborate with all team members.
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teams
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
