Ce poste est ouvert dans le cadre de l'internalisation d'un environnement critique prcdemment gr par un fournisseur externe. Ce dernier n'ayant pas rpondu aux attentes en matire de performance et de fiabilit, l'organisation souhaite reprendre le contrle de l'administration Oracle ODA en interne pour assurer une meilleure qualit de service et une collaboration plus efficace avec les quipes applicatives.

Responsabilits :
- Administration et support d'un environnement Oracle ODA install sur site (incluant deux ODA X10 sous Oracle Linux)
- Gestion de plusieurs composants logiciels Oracle : Forms, BI Publisher, WebLogic, OEM
- Collaboration avec les quipes internes pour le support des VM Windows hbergeant les composants
- Administration des bases de donnes Oracle
- Support aux quipes applicatives
- Installation, patching et dpannage des outils Oracle
- Collaboration avec des quipes internes et externes pour le support 24/7 et les projets complexes
- Tltravail 90 %, avec prsence au bureau requise une journe toutes les deux semaines (bureau situ rue du Havre Montral)
Profil recherch :
- Minimum 5 ans d'exprience en administration Oracle ODA et en tant que DBA Oracle
- Matrise des outils Oracle mentionns et du scripting (principalement Bash)
- Connaissance approfondie de l'cosystme Oracle et capacit proposer des volutions
- Bilinguisme franais/anglais
- Exprience avec Jira et/ou ServiceNow (atout)
- Exprience en administration de bases de donnes Microsoft SQL Server (atout)
- Capacit se dplacer priodiquement au bureau

Job Posting: Oracle ODA Database Administrator
Mandate Context:
This position is open as part of the internalization of a critical environment previously managed by an external provider. Due to unmet expectations in performance and reliability, the organization aims to regain control of Oracle ODA administration internally to ensure better service quality and more effective collaboration with application teams.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and support an on-premise Oracle ODA environment (including two ODA X10 units running Oracle Linux)
- Manage various Oracle software components: Forms, BI Publisher, WebLogic, OEM
- Collaborate with internal teams managing the Windows VMs hosting these components
- Administer Oracle databases
- Provide support to application teams
- Install, patch, and troubleshoot Oracle tools
- Work with internal and external teams for 24/7 support and complex projects
- Remote work (90% of the time), with in-office presence required one day every two weeks (office located on rue du Havre in Montreal)
Profile Sought:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle ODA administration and as an Oracle DBA
- Proficiency with the mentioned Oracle tools and scripting (mainly Bash)
- Deep understanding of the Oracle ecosystem and ability to suggest improvements
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Experience with Jira and/or ServiceNow (asset)
- Experience in Microsoft SQL Server database administration (asset)
- Ability to commute to the office periodically
