Job Description:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis within reinsurance, insurance, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of reinsurance structures (treaty and facultative), accounting principles, and contract terms.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, and BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with reinsurance administration systems is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
