SSIS Developer

Qualifications

Create and modify SSIS packages, designing and implementing checks in SSIS packages

Possess 5years of experience in data preparation, data gateway, and data warehousing projects

Bachelor's degree from an accredited program in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience required 10 years of experience as an SSIS Developer

Advanced level proficiency in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) using Microsoft Integration Services / SSIS

Working knowledge and experience in SSRS, SSAS, and SQL Server development tools

Advanced level in Microsoft T-SQL

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a dynamic work environment

Possess proficient analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, communication, and the ability to influence

Responsibilities

In this role, you will create database tables, stored procedures, triggers, and prepare deployments to DEV/QA/BETA & PROD environments

You will actively participate in design and code reviews, while documenting all developed code and conducting thorough testing

Develop data load mappings, import/export methods, and handle Incremental/Full load data from Source systems to various targets

Connect to various legacy data sources, import data, and transform it for Business Intelligence purposes

Responsible for design methodology and project documentation
