Job Title: PeopleSoft Business Systems Analyst

Location: Austin, Tx Hybrid

Interview: In-person/WebCam

Job Description:

Analyze business objectives and problems; identify alternative solutions with cost/benefit analyses.
Gather and document detailed user requirements and program functions.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and collaborate with subject matter experts.
Perform hands-on end-to-end testing, including third-party system integrations.
Support training, documentation, and other project-related tasks.
May require off-hours work depending on project phase.
