- Able to stand up a design system and process from scratch. You will own everything design at this company.
- Proactively find ways to improve our product
- 2-7 years of experience in design for B2B software applications
- Strong skills in Figma and other design tools. Ability to write detailed specifications for engineers to implement
- 0-1 Experience
- Startup/Founding Designer Experience
- Side projects: You've built something because you wanted to or because you're ambitious or just for the sake of building.
