Job Details
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
- Deep expertise in configuring and managing the ServiceNow CMDB, including integrations and best practices.
- Proven track record in configuring MID Servers for data collection and integration tasks.
- Extensive experience with ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Advanced proficiency in creating and optimizing custom and out-of-the-box dashboards for monitoring and reporting.
- Strong experience with API development and integration using REST/SOAP frameworks.
- Expertise in mTLS configuration for secure communications.
- Experience with Software Bill of Material (SBOM) modeling and its applications.
- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer, or ITOM Specialist).
- Experience with advanced ITOM use cases such as anomaly detection and AIOps integrations.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline integration.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and their integration with ServiceNow.
