Project Manager II

Hybrid

Required:

A senior-level PM with experience leading large-scale cross-functuonal projects. Must possess strong leadership, communication skills and experience working senior executives (minimum of 10-12 years). Enterprise PM experience - managing multi-million dollar+ projects involving cross-functional teams, MSP s and multiple vendors. Strong financial acumen of project accounting, budgeting, operational costs, accruals, capital vs. expense project activities. Ability to manage/drive multiple projects and work streams.

Technical acumen with the following :

• Security tool implementations and upgrades
• Identity Access Management
• Identity Access Management

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities In depth technical knowledge of project management practices and processes. Ability to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of external and/or internal business partners within scope of responsibility, team and/or matrix environment. Leadership and management skills demonstrating integrity and professionalism. Ability to drive results by identifying and resolving problems within the scope of responsibility. Knowledge of the insurance industry, its products, and services. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software.

Education and Experience Bachelor's degree with Master's preferred in a related discipline, or equivalent. Typically a minimum of ten---10-12 years of related work experience, with five years management experience. Applicable certifications preferred.
