Role: Workday O2C
Duration: 02 months
Location: Primarily remote, and at this point it would be 1-2 weeks of onsite max in Houston, TX
· Strong understanding of Workday Order to Cash (O2C) business processes, including order management, billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, and cash application
· Experience configuring, supporting, or enhancing Workday Financial Management O2C modules
· Ability to translate business requirements into Workday functional solutions and system configurations
· Hands-on experience with end-to-end O2C lifecycle, from customer setup and pricing to invoicing and collections
· Knowledge of integrations between Workday and upstream/downstream systems (CRM, ERP, banking, tax, or billing platforms)
· Experience with testing, validation, and UAT support for O2C-related implementations or enhancements
· Strong analytical skills to identify process gaps and recommend process improvements and automation within O2C
· Ability to support post-go-live operations, issue resolution, and ongoing optimization
· Effective communication skills for working with finance, sales, and technical stakeholders
· Familiarity with financial controls, compliance, and reporting related to O2C processes
