Job Title: Senior (IAM) Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior IAM Engineer with 7+ years of engineering experience and a proven background in implementing and integrating SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in IAM architecture, cloud-native development, and enterprise system integration, with a hands-on approach to security-first engineering in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, deployment, and integration of SailPoint IAM solutions across enterprise environments.
Drive migration projects from legacy IAM platforms to SailPoint, ensuring seamless transition and minimal business disruption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement secure identity workflows, RBAC policies, and automated provisioning/de-provisioning.
Develop and maintain IAM components using Java, JavaScript, REST APIs, and test frameworks such as Selenium and TestNG.
Build and manage cloud-based IAM architecture using Azure services, Kubernetes, and DevSecOps pipelines.
Support data flow between IAM systems and cloud data pipelines, data warehouses, and external APIs.
Contribute to the team s Agile development cycle, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and code reviews.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of engineering experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT, or equivalent combination of education, military, or training.
Proven experience designing and deploying SailPoint IAM solutions.
Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, SSO, RBAC, and access certifications.
Experience with Java, JavaScript, and RESTful API integrations.
Strong foundation in Relational Databases and Object-Oriented Programming.

Desired Qualifications:

3+ years of experience with:
- Cloud-native development (Azure preferred)
- Managed Kubernetes Services (AKS, EKS, GKE)
- Azure Data Factory, Data Warehouse, Cloud Storage
- DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Agile development methodologies
Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium and TestNG
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
