ECS is seeking a MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365 DEVELOPER to work in our ARLINGTON, VA office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
ECS is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer for a dynamic and growing team as a for a DHS component. As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer (PCF development), you will support a federal customer to perform mission-critical functions within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. You will be part of a business process re-engineering team comprised of process analysts, developers, testers, and organizational change agents seeking to re-envision the customer's current implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of custom PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) components, enabling organization to tailor their Dynamics 365 applications business needs.

Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities include system integrations, custom code development, and 3rd-party application API integration.
- Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows
- Configure application-related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles, and access controls
- Responsible for the solution that includes high- and low-level designs, data modeling, data integration, tool configuration, dashboarding, visualization, and customizations.
- Administer the instance, including the delegation of groups, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items, and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions
- Rapidly prototype new solutions to demonstrate Dynamics capabilities to our clients
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders through design and implementation, including needs analysis and system requirements.
- Work with IT partners to design, configure, test and deploy changes to CRM database entities, fields, screens, forms, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Lead and/or contribute to technical design sessions.
- Document overall D365 system design and architecture as and where needed
Required Skills
- BA +7 years of experience, AA + 10 years of experience, MA + 5 years of experience or 16 years of experience
- 7+ year's experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and overall knowledge of the Dynamics platform
- 5+ years' experience with PowerApps Component Framework (PCF)
- Ability to configure Dynamics 365 applications to meet business requirements including creating entities, workflows, automation and business rules
- Experience with Javascript, HTML, and CSS for frontend development
- Experience working with REST API, React, and Node JS
- Experience with version control systems such as Git or Azure DevOps
- Experience working in Agile environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Desired Skills
- Prior DHS or CISA experience
- Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Developer or other applicable certifications
- Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate
- Familiarity with other Microsoft Azure Cloud Services
