Job Summary:
We are seeking a Enterprise Architect with extensive experience in integration architecture and enterprise systems design. This role involves defining and governing integration strategies across complex ecosystems involving legacy systems, SaaS platforms, and modern cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will lead integration modernization efforts and ensure seamless data and service flow across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the enterprise-wide integration strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
Design scalable and secure integration solutions across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.
Develop and maintain integration architecture standards, reusable components, and best practices.
Select and govern integration platforms, such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apache Camel, TIBCO, or Azure Integration Services.
Oversee API management, service orchestration, messaging, and event-driven architecture implementation.
Collaborate with application, data, and infrastructure architects to ensure cohesive architecture designs.
Guide development teams on integration patterns, performance, scalability, and security.
Evaluate new tools, technologies, and frameworks to support enterprise integration needs.
Participate in architectural review boards, governance councils, and strategic planning meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in enterprise or solution architecture.
Strong hands-on experience with integration platforms and API-led architecture.
Expertise in integration patterns (synchronous, asynchronous, batch, streaming, pub/sub).
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, ESB, message queues, and event-driven systems.
Familiarity with microservices architecture, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
Proficient in security standards (OAuth, JWT, SAML) and compliance requirements for integration.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Architect, Azure Integration Architect, etc.).
Experience with cloud-native integration services (e.g., AWS AppFlow, Azure Logic Apps, Google Cloud Platform Pub/Sub).
Familiarity with data transformation standards like XSLT, JSON, XML, and EDI.
TOGAF or other enterprise architecture framework certification.
Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, finance, or public sector).
