Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Cerner Core Applications Analyst to join our healthcare IT team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Cerner Millennium solutions and will be responsible for supporting and optimizing our Cerner applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and maintenance for Cerner Core solutions
- Configure and customize Cerner applications to meet organizational needs
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions
- Create and maintain system documentation
- Train end-users on Cerner applications
- Participate in system upgrades and testing
- Collaborate with clinical staff to improve workflows
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Cerner Millennium Core solutions
- Strong understanding of PowerChart, FirstNet, SurgiNet, and PharmNet
- Experience with Cerner CCL (Command Command Language)
- Knowledge of healthcare workflows and processes
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
