Experience Requirements
- 5-7 years of project management experience (flexible; no strict max/min).
- PMP certification required.
- Familiarity with retirement plan services strongly preferred.
The role supports Retirement Plan Services-including record keeping and investment services-primarily for managed account platforms provided by external advisors/consultants. This project aims to:
- Enable individuals on a managed account platform.
- Provide and manage data for record keeping.
- Collect participant information.
- Deliver investment advice and initiate transactions.
- Coordinating with operations and implementation teams to prepare for onboarding.
- Ensuring all content, marketing, legal, onboarding, and client operations components are ready.
- Managing cross-team collaboration with technology, operations, and business functions.
- Working with tech partners to ensure client services teams are ready for launch.
- Overseeing rollout, ensuring readiness across all supporting functions.
Key Must-Haves
- PMP certification.
- Experience with API-based solutions-able to understand and communicate API concepts (no coding required).
- Omni record keeping system experience.
- Confluence and JIRA proficiency.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
