We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support infrastructure projects involving low voltage systems, including LAN, WLAN, VOIP/PA, surveillance, and intrusion systems. This is a dynamic role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at communication, and can balance administrative tasks with on-site responsibilities. Responsibilities



  • Task Management: Track and complete project-related tasks such as change orders, RFCs, and documentation on schedule.

  • Communication: Act as a liaison between stakeholders, internal teams, and management to ensure seamless project coordination.

  • Scheduling: Work closely with project managers to maintain project timelines and monitor deadlines and milestones.

  • Risk Management: Identify and help mitigate project risks to avoid disruptions or delays.

  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain essential documentation including plans, meeting notes, reports, and project files.

  • Progress Monitoring: Track project performance, identify deviations, and assist in implementing corrective actions.

  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve project-related issues efficiently.

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and project status reports, including KPIs, for stakeholders.

  • Administrative & Field Support:

  • Conduct site visits for job walks, inventories, and job start meetings.

  • Assist with procurement, invoice processing, coordination with internal departments, and proposal reviews.

  • Support the project manager in organizing meetings, managing documentation, and ensuring timely equipment delivery.


Qualifications



  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience coordinating or supporting projects involving low voltage systems (e.g., LAN, WLAN, VOIP/PA, surveillance systems, intrusion systems).

  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with low voltage infrastructure and its components.

  • Project Coordination Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and stay organized under pressure.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Detail-Oriented: Proven attention to detail in documentation, scheduling, and task management.

  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting software.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to visit field sites as needed and perform both administrative and technical support functions.



Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $24-34/per hour, depending on experience.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
