Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience), Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 12+ years of relevant experience, with 5+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience building or scaling a technical operations within a SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native applications (AWS preferred), monitoring/alerting frameworks, and incident response processes.
- Hands-on knowledge of tools like Datadog, Sentry, JIRA, and log management platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL for simple queries.
- Knowledge of lending systems or similar industry processes is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain flexibility in a quick-paced environment.
- Local to the DC area, able to commute to offices in Crystal City, VA orPA
