Job Description:

• Experienced in Salesforce.com Product suite including CPQ, Customer Experience, and PRM.


• Responsible for communicating and collaborating with Salesforce Admin, Corporate IT, Business Leaders, and Transformation Teams.


• Experience in creating and developing new Salesforce architecture.


• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions on the Salesforce platform that supports the business requirements and processes for continued improvement.


• Work together with cross-functional teams to lead workshops to identify extensive transformations in current business processes.


• Define and Design Business Process Maps from current state towards directionally meeting the desired state rapidly and effectively.


• Salesforce Developer Certification

Responsibilities:

Governance Accountabilities:

• Experience with Apex Code, Lightening Components, Visual Force Pages, and Salesforce APIs.


• Development experience in CPQ and Experience Cloud (PRM)


• Salesforce architecture knowledge specific but not limited to CPQ.


• Salesforce data structure knowledge and understanding of how to implement them to fulfill complex processes and reporting requirements.


• Experience in installed packages.


• Integrate App Exchange packages.


• Solution design, testing and implementation.


• Data Loader experience


• Advanced workflow experience


• Complex process and reporting


• Experience working in multiple Salesforce organizations.


• ERP and other system integration


• Oracle systems integration is a plus.


• Supporting the definition of Statement of Work (SOW) project delivery.


• Understanding of the coordination process


• Good communications skills.


• Ability to complete assignments on time.


• Self-motivated problem solver.
