You are a visionary leader with a strong background in electrical or computer engineering, and you thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments. Your expertise in RTL2GDS flow and methodology, combined with extensive experience in EDA product development and deployment, sets you apart. What You will Be Doing:
You will be a member of the Platform Solutions team, responsible for developing best-in-class flows and methodologies for IP and SOC design. As a team leader, you will work closely with R&D and IP Partners, leading the team through different phases of Fusion Platform development. This includes PPA entitlement, product integration, and leveraging AI/ML technologies to deliver production-quality flows to IP design teams.

What You will Be Doing:
- Leading a team of RTL2GDS solution engineers focused on delivering a full-flow digital implementation solution with signoff.
- Collaborating closely with R&D and IP Partners on new node design recipes and integrating new products into the Fusion platform.
- Leading debug and analysis on engine issues, providing quick solutions (usually TCL/Perl prototypes) to demonstrate that EDA engines can be extended to meet IP/customer needs.
- Driving AI/ML and design analytics solutions to improve design productivity and efficiency.
- Developing best-in-class flows and methodologies for IP and SOC design.
- Ensuring the delivery of production-quality flows to IP design teams.
- Enhancing the robustness and efficiency of digital implementation solutions.
- Driving innovation in chip design and verification through advanced node technologies.
- Improving the quality of results (QoR) in physical design engines.
- Optimizing design productivity and efficiency through AI/ML technologies.
- Contributing to the successful integration of new products into the Fusion platform.
- Strengthening the collaboration between R&D, IP Partners, and design teams.
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of experience in EDA product development/deployment and full-flow design tapeout.
- Strong understanding of advanced node technologies (5nm, 3nm, 2nm) and related challenges.
- Expertise in physical design engines (Placement, Optimization, Routing) and their interactions.
- Proactive and strategic mindset with tactical problem-solving experience.
- Highly structured and organized in team management, planning, and execution.
- Excellent coach, skilled in developing team members strengths.
- Strong leadership skills to drive solutions in a cross-functional environment.
- Exceptional communication skills for interfacing with customers and business units.
