Job Title: Sr. Business Systems Analyst (US Access & Commercial Excellence)
Location Preference: Onsite, South San Francisco, CA
Duration: 1-year contract to start
Job Description:
- We are seeking multiple Sr. Business Systems Analysts to join our team for a large-scale program focusing on various business areas. The ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and excellent data analytical skills.
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, especially in the commercial space, is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.
- Analyze and evaluate current processes and tools, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify new trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the E2E teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of strategies and goals.
- Perform data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in Pharma.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovative solutions.
- Hands-on experience with UX/UI, contributing to the design and development of optimal field and home office user experiences, and user-friendly tools/systems.
- Excellent data analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
