Sr. SW Systems Engineer (Onsite)

We are currently seeking a Sr. SW Systems Engineer to join our team in Richmond, VA, or Columbia, SC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles to automate infrastructure tasks
• Utilize Ansible Tower for orchestration, provisioning, and configuration management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automation solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Linux systems and Red Hat products
• Ensure the security and compliance of the infrastructure through automated processes
• Provide documentation and training to internal teams on Ansible and Linux best practices

Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience with Linux and Ansible
• Proven experience with Ansible Tower and playbooks
• Strong proficiency in Linux, particularly with Red Hat products
• Experience in infrastructure automation and configuration management
• Ability to lead others and train team members
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $130,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
