Job Details
Role Title: Production Support Lead (functional)
Location: Denver, CO
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and leadership to the production support team.
- Lead daily standup meetings for the production support team.
- Triage production issues and drive them to resolution.
- Drive and report on incident SLA compliance.
- Provide project leadership with updates on trending production issues.
- Facilitate client meetings for high priority production issues.
- Attend and provide updates for production release follow up meetings.
- Drive creation of RCCA documentation for major incidents.
- Create release notes for production defect fixes.
- Provide daily guidance and direction to production support testers.
Expected Deliverables:
- Release notes.
- SLA reports.
- Testing progress reports.
Required Skills:
- Experience in leading a team.
- Working knowledge ticket management or SDLC.
Preferred Skills:
- Working experience with welfare case management/eligibility determination systems.
- Experience with testing processes.
- Experience with a ticket management system.
